Qualification
The makers of StudyBuddy are professional historians who have
attempted to create a reliable and useful site by tapping their personal and
professional expertise. We would like to expand this site further with your
help.
We have opted for reliability and verifiable data, but a comment regarding the maps and chronologies is in order. The maps are electronic bitmaps, which limits the amount of information they can show. Today, electronic maps on web sites cannot be as precise as paper maps in atlases. Our maps have been created with utmost care; however, minor inperfections may be present.
Your suggestions
We greatly appreciate receiving any comments and suggestions!
Please send your email to: helpdesk@studybuddy.nl.
We have attempted to create solid and reliable chronologies which contain the most significant events. We have focused on the bigger countries (France, Germany, England, Spain, Italy). If you discover imperfections or mistakes, let us know.
As much as possible, we have tried to translate foreign names of persons and geographical names into English.
The reason that we feature chronologies on StudyBuddy is simple: without data, the study of history is impossible. Of course we realize that high school education is primarily about understanding and the gaining of insights. But, no one can ignore facts and figures. By means of the offered links, you may conduct your own further research. As an additional service, you can submit specific questions to the helpdesk.
